This website
No cookies, no analytics, no third-party scripts, no tracking pixels. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme choice, kept on your own device and never sent anywhere.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short-lived server logs containing IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. That is Vercel's own retention, not ours, and we do not build profiles from it.
When you use the form
The form asks for four things: your work email, your provider, a range for your monthly spend, and an optional note. Nothing else is collected, and there is no account to create.
Submitting it sends one email to us through Resend, our email provider, who processes it on our behalf and stores the message on their infrastructure in the EU. We reply from a Tenzan Logic address, so your email address also sits in our mailbox at that point.
We use what you send to reply with the export steps and to run your audit. Nothing else. We do not share it, sell it, or use it to train anything. We delete the enquiry 12 months after our last exchange, sooner if you ask.
When you send a usage export
The export should contain token counts, timestamps, model names and request identifiers. Do not send prompt or response content. If an export contains it, we delete the file and ask for one without.
We use the file to produce your report and for nothing else. We keep it for 30 days after sending the report, then delete it.
Who else touches your data
Two processors, both under contract: Vercel hosts the site and runs the one server route behind the form, and Resend sends that email from EU infrastructure. No one else. If that ever changes, this page changes with it before the change takes effect.
Why we are allowed to hold it
You asked us for something, so the basis is the step before a contract at your request, plus our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and keeping the site from being abused. You can object to the latter at any time using the address above.
Your rights
Email us to see what we hold, to correct it, to get a copy, or to have it deleted sooner. We answer within 14 days. If you are in the EU you may also complain to your data protection authority; in Poland that is UODO.
